• What are Good Scents Only candles made with?
  Our candles are hand-poured with 100% soy wax, wood wicks, elevated fragrance and intentional botanicals. Every Good Scents Only candle includes real palo santo and sage as part of its thoughtfully crafted design and scent experience.
  
• How long does order processing take?
  Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before your order is handed off to the carrier.
• How long does shipping take?
  Once shipped, standard delivery is generally estimated at 3–5 business days.
• Do you offer free shipping?
  Yes. Free Standard Shipping is available on qualifying U.S. orders of $75 or more.
• Do you ship internationally?
  At this time, Good Scents Only ships within the United States.
• Can I return or exchange a candle?
  Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept general returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and make it right.
• Can I return a candle if I don’t like the scent?
  Fragrance preference is personal and is not considered a product defect. We recommend reviewing the scent notes and product descriptions before purchasing.
• What should I do if my candle arrives damaged?
  Contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
• How should I care for my wood wick candle?
  Trim the wick before each burn, allow the first burn to create an even melt pool, keep the candle away from drafts and flammable materials, and never leave it unattended. Visit our Candle Care Guide for full instructions.
• How do I use an intention candle?
  There is no one right way. Light your candle, pause, choose what you want the moment to hold, and allow the scent and atmosphere to support that intention. Visit How to Create Your Ritual for more guidance.
