A beautiful burn starts with proper care. Follow these simple steps to get the best experience from your Good Scents Only candle.

Before Every Burn
Trim your wood wick before lighting. Remove any loose charred wood from the previous burn and keep the wick clean for a steady flame.

The First Burn
Allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface before extinguishing your candle. This helps encourage an even burn and reduces tunneling.

While Your Candle Is Burning
Place your candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from drafts, children, pets and anything flammable. Never leave a burning candle unattended.

About the Botanicals
Our candles are crafted with real palo santo, sage and other botanical details. Keep loose botanicals and debris away from the flame and wick while burning.

Know When to Say Goodbye
Stop burning your candle when approximately ½ inch of wax remains at the bottom of the vessel. Never burn a candle all the way down.
